    By the end of this program, you will be able to:

    • Explain how digital health and other forces are converging and shaping the current and future health care ecosystem

    • Describe the lessons learned from real-world digital health transformation experiences and pilots

    • Identify the elements of effective change management as well as the factors critical for the successful implementation of digital transformation processes within your own organization

    • Apply best practices and program learnings to day-to-day work, and longer-term strategic priorities, to achieve digital transformation in health care

    • Engage with your network of faculty and participants developed during this program as sources of knowledge, feedback and support

  • Curriculum

    Leading Digital Transformation in Health Care will feature a blend of case-based learning, lectures, discussions and hands-on opportunities to apply program principles and content.

    As you work through a case study about digital transformation that touches on all facets of the health care ecosystem, you will have the opportunity to dive deeply into the role that each of the following topics play in digital health transformations:

    • Population management
    • Controlling health care costs
    • The Internet of Things
    • Machine learning
    • Telemedicine and home hospital
    • Wearables and behavioral health
    • Policies related to data sharing
    • Change management

    You will also have the opportunity to start developing a digital health change management plan for your organization or your clients.
